- Blend oreo biscuits, add melted butter, mix well.
- Place this mixture on a cake mould uniformly. Press with spoon. Keep in refrigerator for 30mins to 1hour to set. This is the base.
- For second layer, mix everything except gelatin and biscuit.
- Soak gelatin for 5mins and cook till it melts. Add this to the above mixture and mix well.
- Finally add crumbed biscuits. Pour this mixture over the set base and keep in the refrigerator for about 2-3hours.
- Fir third layer-Prepare jelly as per packet instructions. Cool a bit and pour over the second layer and refrigerate for about 2hours.
- Layered no bake cheese cake is ready now. Serve chilled.
