Keep a careful eye on the garlic to make sure that it does not brown. Add the lemon juice and cook a further minute. Directions: Melt butter in a large skillet oven over medium heat. Stir in heavy cream, thyme and oregano; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Saute onions and garlic until soft.
