- Frosting:- Beat the cream cheese, add icing sugar beat it well. Whipp the whipping cream until soft peaks formed, then add this to the cream cheese mixture and beat again well keep this in the refrigerator
- Cool the cake and divide into 2 equal parts horizontally. Moist the cake with water and sugar solution and put the cream cheese and spread it,then put the other part of the cake upon it, moist it also and cover the cake with the cream
- In the remaining cream add red colour mix it well put it in the piping bag with 1m nozzle and make roses as per your wish then sprinkle the sprinklers
