BEEF BIRYANI RECIPE Biryani, one of the most delicious rice recipe/rice dish which is very popular around the globe. Biriyani/biryani is a rice dish which is generally made of rice, spices, and meat. Layer the rice evenly on top of the meat. Push the mint and chilli into the rice, add the saffron mixture, then cover the top of the pan tightly with foil to keep the steam in.

- In a pan, add water, salt, rice & boil it - In other cooking pot, add beef, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili crushed, turmeric, hot spieces, plum, whole cumin, cumin powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, tomato, water and cook it for 35-40 minutes.
