Steps to make Pakistani Beef Biryani:
- In a pan, add water, cooking oil, salt, rice & boil it
- In a cooking pot, add beef, yoghurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili crushed, turmeric, hot spieces, plum, whole cumin, cumin powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, tomato, water and steam it for 35-40 minutes.
- After that add cooking oil, garnish and cook for a while. Beef Masala is ready.
- In an other cooking pot, firstly add layer of beef masala then garnish then boiled rice then beef masala then boiled rice and at the end add yellow color, garnishing, hot water. Steam it for 10-15 minute.
- Your tasty Beef Biryani Masala now ready to serve.
