Instructions to make Moist Chocolate cake:
- These are some of the ingredients were going to use for this recipe. These recipe is for 1 Layer 8" inches baking pan so I make four layers but i make some cupcakes from the recipe so if you're making four layers you have to make four batches of this recipe
- Measure your ingredients well before starting. Sift the flour add the sugar
- Then add the Cocoa powder
- Then add the baking powder, baking soda and salt
- In a Separate bowl add the eggs, Milk,Oil, and Distilled white vinegar and then add the Coffee mixture and mix
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients in three steps until well combined
- Coat an 8"inches baking pan and bake @ 180c in pre-heated oven until toothpick inserted comes out clean
- For the Chocolate ganache You're going to place a pot on fire pour the milk then add the butter when the butter completely melted then add the milk mixture to the chopped chocolate and allow to settle for 5mins. Then mix the mixture with a spoon until you get a smooth chocolate ganache paste
- For the vanilla buttercream
- For the chocolate ganache you're going to place a pot on fire pour the milk and butter until melted
- For the buttercream
- Beat the butter until light in colour the add the vanilla extract with the milk followed by the icing sugar until well combined
- Then frost the cake from the crumbs layer step to the final coat layer.
- Pour the chocolate ganache on top of the cake and then decorate with your desired pipping noozle and then Sprinkles π
