- BÉCHAMEL SAUCE: in a clean pot add in your butter
- Now your flour and then your milk, nutmeg and salt
- LASAGNA: in a wide pot add in your boiling water a little salt and oil
- Now in the boiling water, dip in your homemade lasagna sheets 1 by 1, and blanch for 2-3 mins
- Then remove your lasagna sheets 1 by 1 and dip into a bowl of cold water
- Then you sieve, afterwards
- Filling or layering, ideally you need a 13x9” pan, but i used foil plate
- Now line you pan or foil with your stew
- Add olive oil
- Then your lasagna
- Top lasagna with stew
- Sprinkle dry or fresh basil/parsley
- Now pour in your béchamel sauce and cheddar cheese
- Now your fresh or frozen mozzarella cheese
- Now start a new layer by putting in your lasagna sheet
- Repeat from 20-23. if you want more than a double layer its up to you. Cover with a greased foil and pop into a preheat oven
- Bake for almost an hour, remove foil used in covering and bake until golden brown
Repeat the beef sauce and cheese sauce two more times, then a final layer of sheets. Now that the beef mince mixture has been cooked you can start on the white sauce. Melt butter in a large pan. Make sure to do this on a medium heat so that the butter doesn't burn. When the butter has melted, add the plain flour and mix well until it forms a thick paste.
